after that went library watch movie.

and the library had such nice facilities.

went to eat at a nice restaurant which sells western food.

went to play arcade too.
got five free tokens.
the games there are same as singapore ones.
and much cheaper.
should visit the arcade more often.

to buy some daily products.

just came back not too long ago.
morning 8am everyone had to go make visa.
damn boring while waiting. my turn quite at the back.
so waited quite some time.
somehow i hope we can don't need go make visa.
then can come back by end may already! haha.
after that went town with xinni.
yar shopping again!
but this time round didn't do much shopping for myself.
mostly are presents..
i only bought very very little stuffs.
spent close to 100sing today.
cause bought an adidas jacket for my sis.
wow! need to withdraw again soon..

and received an email that we have NAPFA test in August!
i thought we got no sports and wellness so won't have NAPFA.
and it will be soon after i get back.
it's ok for me actually! so long since we had PE!

except morning went to the library.

then now really bored without watching shows..

so tried it out.

it's class meeting.

after that i no mood study already.

the class meeting already took up so much of my time.

so went library instead.

borrowed books on the philosophy religion work.

then went back hostel.

shortly, went out again.

to town shopping again!

bought many many stuffs.. except shoes.

bought a jumper.. belt.. bag.. accessories.. etc etc.

i like the jumper very much!

think i will wear it on the day i return to singapore! haha..

oh ya. we ate champion pizza for lunch today.

our second time there. first time was two months ago..

just a few days after we came.

do alot of planning for our return journey already.

gonna do this and that, wear this and that.

we also planning to get our nails done a few days before we came back!

oh ya. and my bargaining skills improving. LOL!

i will miss this type of bargaining style of shopping after i come back singapore. haha.

woke up damn early today.

to go to a primay school here.

the china kids were damn enthu in class.

can absord what she teach very easily.

then went exploring around the school.

the school is more advanced than i thought.

after the bus sent us back to school.

and we go shopping in town.

ate pizza hut for lunch today.

but prices total up around same as singapore one.

bought many many stuffs today.

spent like more than 200RMB today!

shopped the whole day.

till evening then cabbed back.

ate at outside school.

then came back hostel.

i'm so so tired after one whole day of shopping.

went outside school there to shop and eat last night.

ate at a korean restaurant.

nice ambience. and nice foods too. :]

bought two shoes.

today was spent quite fruitfully.

morning use net.

afternoon went school library.

met xinni there. she went in the morning.

returned those books i borrowed previously for my history assignment.

then borrowed new books on the econs assignment.

there was a small section on english literature.

really small. just a few shelves.

then found english storybooks there.

they have PRINCESS DIARIES by Meg Cabot.

been so long since i read those.

and here have too! but i only saw three. ahha.

and i borrowed one away.

then went back hostel.

sent the poem to my teacher's email.

then played badminton with xinni.

the sun was damn hot today. nice tanning time. hehs.

after which went back to bathe and went Auchan.

to buy daily products and foods.

tomorrow start school.

and tomorrow got news writing and history class.

both subjects that we just had our tests.

OMG. think tomorrow will get back those papers.

woke up damn early in the morning.

went out with xinni whole day long.

we went et breakfast at mac.

we came here so long haven't eat the mac's breakfast here before.

so today we decided to go and try.

and the breakfast ends at 10am one.

so we gotta wake up damn early.

cause our school nearby also no mac.

so have to go town.

took Y8 there.

at there saw some of our friends too.

all go there to eat breakfast. haha.

i'm lovin it. :]

after eating we took cab to hangzhou's zoo.

it's been so long since i went to zoo.

and this is the first time to hangzhou's zoo of course.

wanted to take bus at first.

but dunno where can take.

and dunno how to alight.

so took cab. which is like so damn ex.

the place quite far lah. -.-

entrance ticket is 15yuan. which is $3 sing.

damn cheap lah. :]

my main motive to the zoo is to see panda. :]

but it was sleeping. refusing to wake up.

heard from my parents that i seen panda before at around 5years old..

which i could hardly remember.

and that time the panda also sleeping! -.-

that cute little thing.

but it was sleeping soundly.

saw many many animals too.

and saw white peacock.

never see before white one.

still got giraffe, monkeys, leopards, tigers blah blah blah.

or rather those you can normally expect to see in a zoo.

i thought it was shitting at first. HAHAHA.

but it was raining at that time.

had been staying back in hostel these few days.

but today was not that free

we had to decorate our corridor according to singapore's culture.

and my room is in charge of malay cultures.

then we were like spending quite some time figuring out how to weave a ketupat.

went online check. even when youtube to see the steps. lol.

in the end we all gave up and just print out and coloured and paste.

did alot of colouring, cutting and drawing.

start work at 2plus.

end at close to 7pm.

that's how my time is spent today.

and i will be temporarily removing my tagbox.

cause of that unknown creature keep spamming.

and i'm still finding out who was this damn freak.

will put the tagbox back when i'm free to entertain this fella.

right now i need to get all my work done.

today is labour day.

didn't go out today.

cause it was very crowded outside.

slept till close to 10am then wake up. hehs.

then close to 12pm went play badminton with xinni.

it was a great feeling smacking the shuttlecock.

but wind abit too strong. so played a while and went jogging.

was using net all the way.

till around 6plus. got disconnected then i went change my bedsheet.

and put up mosquito net with the help of xinni.

took quite some time to get it done and figuring how to put it up.

i had been killing so many mosquitoes these days. so damn irritating.

more and more mosquitoes coming.. ARGH!

okays i'm back.

i'm lazy to blog much.

went dongyang, a part of zhejiang.

just that these two days had been raining and raining.

i had to carry my piggy umbrella around.

even when taking photos.

firstly we went to heng dian.

visited those stuctures of those dynasties.

where many movies was filmed there.

like THE CURSE OF THE GOLDEN FLOWER, HERO etc.

quite okay. took many many pictures.

but only upload some here.

cause it's too slow.

then on sunday night got back to hotel early.

wanted to have sauna or massage.

but like no difference from our hotel's one.

so decided not to waste the money on sauna.

and the hote got bathtub and tv!

but me and xinni did no use bathtub.

cause we find it quite dirty.

and we could'nt find a stopper to fill the bathtub with water.

so didn't use it in the end. :(

watched tv. no movies this time.

had been switching channels.

wanted to order wai mai in the room.

but need 20yuan.

so we don't want.

went to bed early instead.

i noticed the earlier i sleep the more tired i get in the morning.

damn tired today.

went hua yuan village in the afternoon.

and the ham we ate before production was damn smelly.

dunno why we had to watch it.

had compo writing last lesson with that teacher.

after the one week break will change teacher to teach already.

wonder how will the new teacher be like.

still have not done her essay, which is due on saturday.

and she want us to do another poem.

pass up through her hotmail. lol.

then after lesson went school library.

to find research on those homeworks.

history.. literature.. contemporary china.

cause the library will be close next week due to the public hoildays.

and that will be the week i need to chiong all my work. :[

borrowed 7books. as they can only let us borrow 7.

and i had a hard time carrying them back to hostel.

ordered wai mai with weiting.

then went for news writing class.

had the test today.

a little difficult. hope can pass.

then had the press conference. everyone had to ask one question at least.

then lessons end at 4pm.

then went back hostel bathe and order wai mai.

this time round ordered something new.

it's like kfc. one zinger burger, fries and ice coke.

it's been so long since i drank coke and ice!

and the fries was damn crispy! DELICIOUS!

watched a few video.

somehow today's philosophy lessons was like history lessons.

the video were somehow what we learnt in history.

or rather history, philosophy and literature are somehow interlinked.

okays. so many homeworks and tests coming up!

sianx. one happy thing is labour day is coming.

and here in china had one week holiday on labour day and their national day.

so next batch who come will enjoy that national day one week holidays while we enjoyed the labour day one.

after labour day that week holiday will have alot of homeworks to hand in.

and just next week i got two tests coming up. OMG lah.

suddenly so many things come rushing in.

and like two essays due next week.

i wonder this weekends got time to go out ma?

during contemporary lessons i fall asleep in class.

really asleep. not just lying on table. i really slept.

and the teacher is the one with no eye contact one. LOL.

she gave a new assignment today. OMG.

then as i said.. my msn can't voice.

skype damn unclear.. goggle talk also unclear.

so now using yahoo messenger.

well.. it was as clear as msn.. luckily.. hehs.

i can't live without talking with my family and weng. lol.

okays. the weather is damn cold today.

and it had been raining and raining non stop today.

and so just nice today got two outings.

during history lessons went to the museum.

oh ya. i'm using my piggy umbrella today finally.

cause rain too heavy to share umbrella. heh.

i love that umbrella.

first time i falling asleep in her class. LOL.

damn tired today.

then literature lessons. even worse. even more tiring.

during break.. as usual came back to use net.

back to literature tutorial.

he gave us all the homeworks we will be doing for lit.

ok lah. quite similar to last sem's modern literature.

presentation on those poets.. small test..

and a report on one of those four famous stories in China.

quite slack. hehs.

and today got no literature test!

waste my time studying lah!

should have save the time studing history.

still got an assignment due in end april.

then ordered wai mai again for dinner again.

same stuffs as yesterday. lol.

then went for self study.

was studying history and listening to ipod.. as usual.

i noticed i had always been studying history during self study session.

but nothing gets in my head.

i think i need tuition on history. LOL.

stayed in the hostel whole day today.

cause xinni and wanwan had cell in the afternoon.

and at 6.30pm we gotta go for a show.

so not really suitable to go out today.

was studying and online chatting all the way.

lunch and dinner i ate the same stuffs.

ordered wai mai. exactly the same food in both meals.

beef porridge, ham sandwich and milk tea.

nice lor! think the person also know us already.

called and just say what we want.

and they already can tell we from ZUCC which hostel. LOL!

eat too much till become famous le. ahhha.

then close to 6.30pm went for the show.

it was a singing competition.

only few of us went.

and it was raining when we went there.

the thunder and lightning damn strong lah.

so scary.

we were holding umbrella..

running and screaming real LOUD!

especially Xinni, she was damn agitated.. ran damn fast.

they really do save electricity here.

all their buildings don't on lights one.

even the stairs also dark dark one.

plus raining and thunder and lightning..

we like reached a haunted place like that.

lucky we came in three. imagine if alone. sure want to cry!

was in hostel the whole morning as usual.

while wanwan and xinni they all went for their korean class.

woke up at around 10am.

then was using net all the way.

around 1.30pm went out xinni.

wanwan still not really recovered yet.

so only both of us.

we took map and tried new places.

spent alot on cab today. cause went a few places.

and only two of us sharing the cab fares.

bought a new bag.. something similar to the one i bought last week.

then still bought anklet and bracelet.

the bag.. the person assumed is new one.

take come back the zip spoil.

so now it's like back to the old one.

the one i used the 'bua' way to unzip it. lol.

so decided to use this bag and kept the one i bought last week.

take back singapore then use.

since this zip spoil so use this first.

then walked to Auchan.

so this shopping mall was somewhere near Auchan.

means it was near my school.

but no one tell us about it.

then ate KFC there.

waited damn long for the seats.

the people here not only snatch cab..

they also snatch seats one. -.-

and my uncle and cousin was at my house tonight.

my uncle came my house there to cut hair.

leaving my cousin at my house.

then i was talking to my mom.

and she asked my cousin talk to me.

then my mom taught her to say things to me.

then she said "buy pretty shirts for me.."

then after talking she cried.

self study is cancelled today.

were told last night.

hehs. so today i slept till 9plus.. close to 10am.

finally enough sleep. or rather enought compared to other days.

basically was online chatting the whole morning.

till around 1.30pm close to 2pm went out.

with xinni only. cause wanwan was not feeling well.

she was sleeping the whole day.

i suggested taking bus.

cause it's a direct bus from our school.

and it's weekday. so not so packed on bus.

so we each 40cents sing and the journey was like 45mins.

were standing for the first 30mins. no seats.

till last 15mins then we get to sit down. -.-

went wu shan.

then reached there. ate mac.

i ate MC-chicken meal.

whole meal only costs $2.70 sing.

then went shopping at those shops and finally found those toys my brother wants.

bought quite a few for him.

and also bought purse for my mom and aunt.

then after that we walked to carrefour that building.

we used map and asked around for directions.

and finally found it.

today was like shopping in singapore.

cause inside there got breadtalk, carrefour, watsons, ajichiban.

anyways not much difference from singapore ones.

and i bought a bear bear keychain!

after walking which is like around 6.30pm.

then we decided to get back to school outside to eat.

in case the traffic gets heavy.

so we got back and ate at cha can ting.

the place where i ordered wai mai from.

but just that today is eat there.

the weather was damn hot today.

think close to 30degrees?

i wore short sleeve today like what i wore in singapore.

okay. i forgot to blog yesterday that lunch i went to eat restaurant with xinni.

just the both of us. cause the rest either busy or need chiong project.

so we both go eat alone. cause we too long never eat there liao.

got the craving already. haha.

three dishes. egg chicken and veggie.

each of us only $2 sing.

so one whole meal is like only $4 sing lah! damn cheap.

and i had been buying ice cream these few days.

the weather turning hot these few days.

then last night dunno why want sleep that time i feel like i got breathing difficulties.

had a hard time falling asleep. dunno what's happening.

slept quite early last night. but took quite long to fall asleep.

only xinni stayed up late last night.

then this morning she told me she last night 12am heard the 'drawer sound'..

which i heard a few weeks back too.

last time when i heard it i was also alone staying up. lol.

this was what happened a few weeks back to me.

i was alone staying up late that night.

then i went up to bed and wanted to go sleep.

all my roommates were asleep already.

then i heard from the bottom, which is our tables there, got drawer sound.

i kept comforting myself it's from those living upstairs.

but how would a normal person open and close drawer continuously so many times?

then few weeks back friends from other room also have this incident.

just that they heard typing sound instead of drawer sound.

also same incident. very near. like from bottom.

but everyone is already up on bed. LOL.

today had compo class in morning.

she gave us do a compo to do.

in the end say never mind don't do first.

prepare first. lol. so no compo homework this week.

then went Auchan with xinni.

as usual, buy hot chocolate then cabbed down.

we waited damn long for cab today.

almost wanted to walk! OMG.

i'm lazy to walk there la. so hot.

then we got a cab at first but kena stolen.

so got another one.

then halfway through that uncle stopped and fetched another passenger.

then we alight shortly.

walked around those shops.

bought a new tee shirt.

think will be wearing here.

cause it's not really as precious as adidas.

after eating still got time so cabbed back to hostel put stuffs first.

then went back for lessons.

my group did abit out of theme actually.

but guess all was fine in the end. :]

presented on next thursday.

on an interview.

we have to act the interview out.

sounds fun. :D

then after lessons went play badminton with xinni, jean and qianyin.

halfway through i also went jogging with xinni.

we jogged and chat at the same time.

so can imagine how tiring.

hope won't get muscle ache tonight.

then went back hostel actually wan eat cup noodles one.

but wai mai tempted me again.

so i ordered wai mai AGAIN!

but this time i ordered pork floss ham sandwich set.

forgot only 10yuan then they got deliver.

then this meal costs only 9yuan.

so add on fries. damn not worth la this meal.

i ordered pork floss HAM sandwich but when it came is pork floss sandwich.

where is the ham?! and the difference is 3yuan la.

cheat my money. baa. :X

then after that went for philosophy lessons.

the lesson was relaxing.

we only chatted and discussed.

then lessons end and i'm back.

cause of some reasons that i shan't elaborate further.

today during contemporary china lesson change teacher.

this teacher will be with us for a few weeks.

cause now teaching another topic.

and this teacher damn funny.

during lecture when she talks she don't look at students one.

she looked into the empty space and talked throughout the lesson.

as if we were all seated on top.

she should go for Danny Yeo's lessons.

SHOULD HAVE EYE CONTACT WITH YOUR AUDIENCE!

lol. damn funny. the moment i look at her i want laugh la.

she like talking to nobody like that.

but during tutorial was better.

she sat among us and we discuss.

this was when she looked at us.

but overall her lessons was quite slack too.

got a great sense of achievement!

stayed at the hostel whole day.

using net. and trying to do work.

and no inspiration came at all.

then today..

was quite tired.

quite late then sleep these few nights.

and during literature the teacher say will give a test on next monday.

then we were all like OMG!!

then teacher say no marks one. only try try let us see only.

the temperature was quite warm today.

nice weather with a little hot sun.

but still as cooling.

damn boring today.

stayed in hostel.. trying to do my poem and composition.

but i can't write a single shit out. -.-

then we went out at close to 4pm.

went booku bookstore.

it was something like borders or kino.

left the place at 6plus.

cause i'm hungry till i had gastric. :X

so we quickly cabbed down to another place to eat.

cause nearby the bookstore nothing to eat.

then reached the place.

and we noticed it was the same place we went shopping yesterday.

just that different road names!

wanted to eat pizza hut.

but long queue. need wait 30mins.

but my tummy can't tahan already.

so we went KFC eat instead.

and i finally tried the popcorn chicken here.

the meat is softer compared to singapore one.

my KFC meal.

afterwhich we went shopping at a store which we never go in yesterday.

there got many branded sports store!

my favourites!

as i mentioned the branded stuffs are much more expensive than singapore ones.

but then today we went in a factory outlet and the adidas there is damn cheap!

i bought a adidas jacket and handbag.

total only $50sing dollars.

the jacket at $30 sing and the handbag at $20 sing.

OMG lah. first time see adidas so cheap here.

and it's real stuffs.

so shopped there quite long.

close to 10pm then reached hostel.

the $30 jacket.

the $20 bag.

and this is the handbag i bought yesterday.

used it today when i went out.

anyways it costs $6sing.

today is GOOD FRIDAY in singapore.

and down here no holidays.

had self study session.

went class sign attendance then went library to do research and study.

didn't find any research for my history.

don't really know how to use the resources in the library.

so study instead.

but i could hardly concentrate. LOL. was like wasting my time there lah.

then till 11am we went off.

went back hostel to prepare and went shopping at mingzhu and gonglian.

cabbed down. while on cab was listening to radio.

then there was this DJ and a person who called in.

the DJ was damn rude lah.

scolded the person who called in.

and talked in such a rude manner ON AIR!

i think singapore's DJ better.

their DJ like so weird.

then quite fast reached there already.

walked alot. so tired. rest so many times.

and this is what i ate for lunch today.

pig blood soup. so long since i ate this!

then their shops don't have changing room one.

then saw one auntie want buy a jeans.

the meal here are half price compared to singapore ones.

and singapore nuggets are 6pieces for $3.

she played Jay Chou's concert.

last time she played Rain's MTV.

she's a good teacher.

HOME SWEET HOME.

i'm finally back.

so tiring.

woke up damn early in the morning.

7am assemble.

but the bus was late.

then first stop was zhouzhuang.

took many photos there.

me and xinni.

qianyin, weiting, me, jean and xinni.

after that hurried to shanghai.

meals were not bad.

ate at different restaurants.

like eat wedding dinner like that.

we don't need order and don't need pay.

the food came and we jus eat.

and always so many dishes.

but the schedule abit cramp.

rush here and there.

Shanghai view. xinni insists i took myself when she did'nt do so.

then i enjoyed shanghai the most.

at night went for cruise and enjoyed the night scenery.

then went a tower famous there.

then went back hotel sleep.

and there is tv in the room!

been so long since we watched tv lah!

then after cutting went back hostel to change and go play badminton.

played longer today.

till my muscles all aching.

after badminton went bathe and then went restaurant to eat.

took cab almost one hour.

heavy traffic jam.

met up with geraldine, huey tyng and jemin.

then went to eat in that grand restaurant.

still eat in a cabin.

the temperature is around 27degrees.

the sun is damn hot today.

the weather now can compare with singapore one already.

i only wore one layer and i feel hot.

had compo class early in the morning.

had story telling and stuffs.

then break time when nearby Auchan there to shop.

with qianyin, weiting, jean and xinni.

there got one building that looks like IMM.

went in there and it sell sports stuffs and furniture.

but the sports stuffs all china brands one.

then there was a table tennis table there.

so the four of us took the rackets on display and started playing table tennis there.

while jean went walking around.

had fun! it's been so long since i last played table tennis.

more than 2years ago i guess.

then after that went back for news writing lessons.

had group discussion then present.

watched a video too. on interviewing.

then after that went mart buy ice cream with xinni.

it's the first time we ate ice cream ever since we reached here.

then came back online a while and went to play badminton with xinni.

we were in our short pants and home tee.

so damn paiseh lah.

then we could'nt find wanwan's shuttlecock.

so we tried borrowing around.

and we tried to borrow from the security guard too.

we lazy to walk out to buy. cause quite far and we wearing such an 'ugly' attire.

then the uncle very nice.

helped us find and even say don't need return.

can just give us. LOL.

so now we got one free shuttlecock!

then we played under the sun.

after that come back bathe.

this is the first time after bathing i don't feel cold.

after bathing went for philosophy class.

had group discussion again.

but this time two classes combine cause yesterday party and the other class had no lessons.

so we all had lessons together tonight.

lucky i did'nt present today.

it's been one month since i left singapore.

and tomorrow will be one month since the day i reached here.

3months and 3weeks to go. jiayou!

the lesson was okay. quite relaxing as she joked alot.

and no homework given. heh.

then history lecture.

once again.. so boring and tiring.

i did try to listen and catch some points here and there.

ate my favourite chicken 'burger' and bak hu bun.

then history again.

he merged the two classes together for tutorial today.

then the class starts from 1.30pm all the way till almost 5pm!

history lessons plus this morning lecture about 5hours today lor!

so damn tiring. nothing went in my head.

and was falling asleep in the class.

i was like hoping he would end faster throughout the class.

there is one thing that i want to complain about this teacher.

whenever there is break, he would smoke.

and he smoked in class!

we are all in that enclosed classroom.

so damn smelly lor.

we are all breathing in the polluted air.

he is a teacher and he smoked in front of us!

and what's worst is he let us joined in his "smoking".

damn ridiculous.

and i think he can't really teach.

even though he is quite knowledgeable.

not everyone can teach history and talked for hours non stop.

i just feel that he is not setting a good example and his way of teaching is damn bad.

and he gave us homework which he mentioned so unclearly.

we all laughed.

then in the end he said end of april.

OMG! that's the first time i met a teacher like this.

had philosophy lecture in the morning.

learnt new stuffs today.

but her lessons i always can understand quite well.

don't need to revise much.

but history needs to self study alot.

i'm so dead.

the philosophy teacher wore jeans and jacket today.

so nice lor.

for the past few days she wearing that big jacket so can't really see her figure.
but today she wore casual was really nice.

and the temperature today was like air con.

cooling and nice.

i didn't wear that big red jacket today.

only wore two layers today.

woke up at around 9.30am today.

finally slept enough.

then stayed hostel online for the whole day.

6pm went for singing rehearsal.

waited darn long while the english song one rehearsing.

then finally closed to 7pm we went to the guys' hostel there to rehearse.

cause can't both english and chinese songs together.

too loud. can't hear.

then sang a few times.

then was done within 3omins.

damn fast. thought will be from 6pm-9pm at first.

glad that end early.

took many many photos today.

i took 161 photos today!

many right? cause today went garden.

many many beautiful sceneries and flowers to take pictures.

so many nice pictures can't show.

woke up at close to 8am.

then 9am took a bus to the TAI ZI WAN GARDEN.

the bus was darn nice.

yar we paid for the transport and the entrance tickets.

then reached there was still raining.

we need to take umbrella and take photo.

such a spoilsport.

anyways only around 22 people went.

the rest didn't go.

then we saw many many tulips.

in different colours.

damn nice! i didn't regret going.

only if the weather was good then it would be perfect.

took around 15o plus photos from the garden.

mostly scenery and flowers.

then the rain stopped after some time.

then after that played games there with the china friends from our school.

played two games and one quiz session.

then during the two games i both tio forfeit.

BOTH games and i always tio in the FIRST ROUND!

so damn suay.

then we sang baa baa black sheep. LOL.

had quite some fun and interaction there.

actually wanted to leave at 12pm to go shopping.

but leaving early like so spoilsport.

so we decided to stay and play the games.

after that everyone leave at around 2.30pm.

then i went GONG LIAN SHOPPING MALL with wanwan, xinni, qianyin and weiting.

went to eat first.

cause we only had a simple lunch which is eating biscuits at a pavilion in the garden.

we went nearby the shopping mall to eat pizza.

not pizza hut. yet to try it.

but it's called 'Champion Pizza'.

the ambience there was darn nice.

food nice too.

took photos but can't post.

we each ordered a set meal.

and shared onion rings.

darn nice lah.

set meal include pizza, fries, soup, bacon hotdog, chicken wings, fruit salad.

i was the first to finish eating.

waited darn long for them. LOL.

each person less than $8 sing.

much cheaper compared to singapore pizza hut.

will go try china de pizza hut soon. ahha.

after eating started shopping at around 4pm.

the place there many thins to buy.

but they sell things damn expensive.

must learn to bargain.

xinni bought a skirt that's similar to mine that i bought that day.

i bought it at 75RMB.

then the auntie give xinni 198RMB.

then we cut till 70RMB.

she refused then we go off.

then she called us back.

sold us at 70RMB.

OMG. saw the difference?

can bargain so much lor!

then i bought a shirt, earring and necklace.

all bargined one.

but one custom here is: if you interested then ask for price and bargain.

if not don't bargain if you not buying cause if you just go off they will scold you de.

and if you not satisfied with price and go away they will ask you back and accept your price.

i think i know how to bargain already.

must be 'fierce'.

then the shirt i bought wanwan and xinni also got buy.

she gave us 95RMB. we cut till 45RMB.

but the bags there de material not really good.

beside the shopping mall got another one.

will go there soon again. hehs.

i love shopping life! especially when the stuffs are cheaper than singapore ones.

LOL. and went in mac today.

didn't eat cause was still full after the pizza meal.

the normal set meal we buy from mac that can cost $5plus sing cost less than $3 sing here.

will go eat mac one day soon. LOL.

then i come back ate bread. cause still not hungry.

to self study and i borrowed a storybook to read during free time.

provided i have the free time. ahha.

then after that met Jean, Weiting and Xiaoyan to eat at the restaurant.

ate some new dishes today.

after that accompany xinni to sign up for the korean language class.

wanwan also joined. jean also.

but i not interested and want focus on my studies.

so decided not to join.

after that went back hostel use net.

got the notice that there will be choir practice on this sunday.

performance on wednesday.

and next weekends going Shanghai, Suzhou and one place i forgot already.

after monday then teacher will brief us again.

will know more after monday.

means no net with weng and family.

and can't blog next weekends.

after which went Auchan with wanwan and xinni.

took cab. but it's less than 3km from the school.

so the fare still $10 RMB.

darn cheap lah.

bought many stuffs from there.

spent so long shopping at the 'Giant/Carrefour' there.

bought Milo, shampoo and lots of tidbits.

and also bought at badminton racket at around $2 sing.

got one is only $1 sing. but that one heavier.

bought a racket so that we can play badminton anytime we want. :]

it's been so long since i last played badminton.

then after shopping went to a place nearby to eat.

and this is what i ate for dinner tonight.

pork rice. the rice that sauce darn nice.

the pork was nice too.

i would always order this dish whenever i go there again.

and we notice the Auchan stuffs are even cheaper than our school's mart ones.

so next time before i come back i would go there to buy Pocky and stuffs back to singapore.

tomorow will be a tiring day.

today early morning had compo class.

wrote a composition today.

no topic. we can choose on our own topic according to a story she gave us.

so the lesson was still okay. quite slack.

then after a long break had news writing lesson.

did the presentation on the reporter i adore most.

damn scary lah.

go up the 'stage' and talk through the mic which the teachers normally use.

i think i'm quite nervous. cause of the mic in front of me. LOL.

but it was still okay. a very short presentation.

then long break again. bathe during the long break.

the weather was damn nice today. warm warm one with the sun shining.

it's been so long since i last feel the sun.

then at night was philosophy class.

did group discussion then teacher appoint people to go up to present.

got two questions and i present the second one.

quite easy and short.

and everyone will take turn to present.

everyone will have a chance to go up to present the group discussion.

time pass very fast during discussion too.

to those second batch peeps who are interested in learning foreign language:

they have korean, jap, german and french language class here too.

and the costs very much cheaper than singapore.

i don't know when you all come will have ma.

but think will be same de.

so what i'm trying to say is, if you interested in foreign language, come here then learn.

especially Sharon. heard that the korean class is taught by a korean couple.

i was lazy to wake up so early.

took cab. 3 per cab.

then jean qianyin and weiting went another place.

so end up only 6 of us went that shopping mall.

and the place there is exactly like Taka and CK Tangs.

all branded stuffs in singapore also have there.

but the price around same as singapore one.

quite expensive so we didn't buy anything from there.

then we all arrange to meet at the grandma's kitchen restaurant.

cause the philospohy teacher said it was nice.

but need wait veri long.

indeed we waited 1.5hours.

and only me xinni wanwan wuqi waiting.

the rest joined us later.

darn long lah. and i think the food okok only.

quite cheap for a restaurant.

but i still prefer school's one.

cheaper and nicer food too.

it's been raining these few days.

darn cold and darn no mood to go out lah.

compo class today pass very fast today.

quite interesting stuffs she said today.

but i forgot what she said already.

then break time. four hours. that's what i hate about thursdays.

long days. long breaks. and got lessons i don't like.

as usual.. between breaks.. went back hostel to online chat with weng. :]

then news writing lessons.

honestly.. i'm most afraid of this lesson.

but today was still okay. had group discussion and do some work.

and passed up that ten news today.. which i worked till 1am last night. zzz.

then she gave a new work today.

need to tell a story about a reporter you adore most.

next lesson present to class. OMG. thursday again.

so this weekend only this homework.

other subjects.. no homeworks.

only some small questions to think about.

then at night philosophy lessons.

she din't teach at all.

only ask us do some discussions on what she taught last lesson.

she was really cool. even gave us her msn and ask us to add her.

she darn friendly.. and she knows what we want.

the way she teach is similar to what we learnt in singapore.

unlike other teachers.. quite boring.

but i think compo class also quite good.

how i wish i could go back with them.

i learnt that the drainage system here not as good as singapore.

so tends to have quite a big puddle of water on the floor.

and my old shoes' base spoilt.

my feet is soaked today.

so changed to the new shoes instead.

a new teacher came and she seems to be so lost in the computer stuffs.

i'm beginning to feel that the teacher is getting more and more strict.

her lessons was quiet. with that kind of scary atmosphere.

this is the first time i feel so 'singapore'.

cause her service was really good.

she even helped to stir our rice.

the rice. the pot reminds me of mom's cooking.

i always use this kind of pot for dinner every night in singapore.

the restaurant. korean show posters everywhere.

after eating went the shops to shop again.

reserved a skirt.. together with a leather belt.

total $15 sing dollars.

can only go back take after three days.

heh.

school again tomorrow. baaa.

and tomorrow is tree planting day.

think will need see them plant trees. :X

woke up quite early today.

around 8am.

can't sleep anymore cause my roommates all awake already.

then woke up and read through books.

then went out close to 12.30pm.

took photos outside the school.

then off we go. chartered a bus to send us to westlake.

took many many pictures there.

we reached there and took a boat to another island.

the big cotton candy. sweet but nice. :]

all quite fashion stuffs. LOL.

bought a new shoe today.

at less than $14 sing dollars.

and we ate KFC for dinner.

so darn expensive.

can eat a few restaurant meals already.

but the KFC there okay lah.

quite same as singapore one.

the weather is quite warm during the day.

at night darn cold.

we ran home after alighting from the cab.

tiring day. and i haven't do my homeworks.

the weather was much warmer as compared to the last few days. :]

today stayed in hostel till around 6pm.

went out with wanwan and xinni to somewhere nearby our school.

to eat and shop shop.

my dinner. char siew rice and milktea. $2 sing dollars.

tomorrow going xi hu.

and i just know that my hostel toilet can flush one.

all along i POUR water inside the toilet bowl. LOL.

oh ya and it's squat de.

had self study this morning.
study abit and can't concentrate already.
was like falling asleep in class.
they ended early and we can go off.
tomorrow going westlake.
after self study today went to the school's restaurant to eat.
with Jemin, Huey Tyng, Huifen, Wuqi, Wanwan, Xinni.
took many pictures too.

they gave sunflower seeds before food.
instead of peanuts in singapore.

a kind of veggie that i don't eat.

egg! love this dish the most.

even though they say too oily and salty.

the fish head plus tofu soup.

when ordering.. no menu.

only those 'samples' to show you and you order.

and each time must remind them not too salty and oily.

if not the food will be darn disgusting.

we ordered 8dishes plus soup.

total 94yuan.

each person less than $2.70 sing dollar.

so darn cheap. restaurant okay.

got fish and fish head.

and eat till so full.

went back after that.

bathe and so chatting with weng.

didn't went out cause too cold already.

stay hostel better.

i'm supposed to do work.

in the end ended up doing this blog for so long.

today was a long day.

study from 8am to 8pm.

heh. but there were a few long long breaks in between.

firstly, had the compo class.

we all need to describle the air. LOL.

and everyone needs to say something.

the teacher was pretty nice.

then break from 9.30pm to 1.30pm.

came back hostel to use internet as usual. heh.

then went for news writing class.

we all had to say about those ten news we found.

and many many homeworks was given today.

then break again. and to philosophy class.

darn hard lah. even though the teacher was nice.

i better study hard.

and bought many many food today.

today me and xinni was wondering..

how nice it would be if now i'm sharing room with four in love..

and she sharing with mayday.

and during lessons still can have discussions as a class.

before sleeping still can talk with them..

how nice. but i'm now in teaching track.

of course.. i do miss you guys.

and also i had lost that chance of staying with you people.

tomorrow is a short day.

only self study three hours then free already.

think will go school's restaurant to eat lunch tomorrow.

hehe. and finally one week is over.

counting down 18more weeks. WOW.

not bad. quite slack today.

still getting used to the cold weather and the food here.

today after school come back hostel to use internet.

then can't connect to internet.

i'm so worried lah.

and weng din't sms me at all today after we finish talking.

so worried about him.

and so worried that i can't contact my family.

but all was fine now.

got homework to do already.

i'm so worried about exams and my assignments.

if assignments less than 60% then have to go all sessions of self study.

sad! i better do well and study hard!

HAPPY 3RD ANNIVERSARY WENG!

LOVE YA FOREVER AND EVER.

it's the first day of school.

and it's a very sad day for me.

but all was okay now.

start school already and i'm still so slack.

sighs. my roomates seems to be studying all the way.

while i seems to be chatting with weng and my family all the way.

i miss them.

the weather is so cold these days.

less than 5degrees today.

lessons so boring.

wonder how can i last for 5months.

wish me luck.

the weather was darn cold today.

cause raining.

then never gather early.

supposed to meet at 10am.

in the end meet 1.30pm.

did our own stuffs.

use net talk to weng and my family.

the weather was like 8degree celsius today.

damn cold. all the thick thick jackets now useful already.

went around the school today.

the school was darn big.

saw our classrooms and the library.

the library was about the same as singapore one.

just that it's all in chinese.

very very few in english.

after that took cab down with xinni, wanting, suriyani to a shopping mall.

2.3km away from the school.

took cab only 10reminbi.

which is sing 2dollars.

4 people somemore.

even cheaper than the bus fare in singapore.

upon reaching, went to eat at a 'restaurant'.

this noodle cost $2.40 sing dollars.

after that went shopping.

the shops look exactly same as singapore.

then went the supermart there.

it looks exactly the same as Giant or Carrefour.

many many things there.

same as singapore.

but they don't have Milo and hot chocolate.

oh my. i need them now.
think the temperature will still continue to drop.

wish me luck.

and tomorrow starts school already.

hope i won't think so much already.

i wanna go home!

1st march to 2nd march

Can't remember what I do in the morning.
Only know that at night went somewhere near kallang to eat with my family.
Then went back home and my cousin came.
She came with many foods and presents.
But I'm quite full. So I only took the presents.
I only like the piggy key chain that got my birthdate on it.
And another useful stuff is a pair of toe socks.
Right now I'm using the toe socks in my hostel room.
Cause the floor is really cold.
And luckily I told mom to buy me a bedroom slippers.
Both kept me really warm in hostel. :]
Then reached the airport close to 10.30pm.
My parents drove me there.
Weng came along too.
They even sent him back after I went off.
As that's what I told my parents to do.
And they really did.
We even took a picture together.
Dad, mom, weng and me. :]

Yar. This is a picture that I will keep very well with me.
I don't know isit because three person in a picture don't looks nice then mom ask weng to take with us.
But I'm just quite elated. (:

Together with Serene came along too.
And her mom even gave me an hongbao to wish me a safe journey.
She was really nice. The hongbao was in renminbi. Heh.
Saw many other friends like Bel, Lixin, Joy, Jiaqi, Qiaojuan, Zhihua etc etc.
Qiaojuan and Zhihua even gave me flowers too.
How nice. Thanks! :]
And those that I wished they will come never come.
I thought they want to give me a surprise.
But there was no surprise at all.
It was indeed disappointing.
Guess they were very very busy bah.
Din't even message me.
I will remember these people. Haha.
Then went in the gate.
It was indeed sad to say goodbye to your love ones.
And you will see them only in 5months time.
Really really sad.
Board the 1.15am flight.
Supposed to reach at 6.20am at shanghai airport.
But cause of the bad weather at shanghai,
The plane can't alight.
So it was like spinning around the sky..
Thinking what to do.
I was feeling darn horrible that time.
Can feel it's really turning.
Can't tahan and vomit a little.
First time I got‘motion sickness’.
Then after spinning a while, it decided to go to Beijing airport first.
Another few hours trip.
Heard that the temperature there is 3degree Celsius.
But we never get down. Stayed in plane a while.
Then headed back to shanghai airport.
Another 2hours flight.
I almost died!
My butt gonna tear and my stomach feeling darn horrible!
So the food on plane.. I din't really eat lah.
Cause stomach feeling darn bad.
12hours of flight altogether!

Upon reaching took bus to hangzhou.
A 3hours ride. And it's a small and cramp bus. Not coach.
And the air con darn small. So hot inside the bus.
Three hours.
And the road abit rocky compared to Singapore.
Luckily I got no motion sickness on bus.
So I reached the school at close to 6pm.
So darn late.
Then reached here got in my hostels.
My room number is 113.
My roommates are Xinni, Wanting, Suriyani.
So started cleaning the shelves and bed cause really dusty.
And mopped and swept the floor and clean the toilet cause really very dirty.

Then no internet that night cause really late.
Nobody came to make.
At the first night dinner was free.
But I think the food here is really salty.

And I could receive sms from those that sent from Singapore.
I dunno need money notx but if my bill came and need I will ask all to stop.
Each sms sent back to sg will be around 70cents.
I sent one back to weng telling him I can't online.
And a few used my suriyani and xinni to msg back to their family.
And I used the hostel number to call back home.
But only talked a while then cut off already.
Cause the card no money already.
Calling back to Singapore is really darn expensive.
Think will be getting my china sim card soon.
Then if call from Singapore it's free incoming for me.
But I think I will just use msn.
Monday faster come repair for me.
I can't live without net.
Especially when I'm overseas and need to contact my family and weng through net.
These few days lending net from my roommates.
They took turns to lend me. Thanks. :]
So can't really blog as I only save those short precious time talking to my family and weng.
Mom says can hear me really well.
And by the way, I'm using the msn voice conversation.
And I communicate with them like this every night when I'm here.
After talking to them I felt very much better. :]

3rd march

Woke up at 7am.
Cause we need to gather at 7.30am.
I realized that I'm the darn last minute one compared to my roommates.
They got up darn early.
But you know if you all share a room, you would wake up with them too.
Then went to have breakfast.
So much food and only costs 40cents sing dollar.

After breakfast went to make the school student card.
It's like a cashcard. Put in value and can buy food deducting money from there.
The card also got my picture on it.
Quite cool. Hope can bring back home.
Can be a souvenir for me.
After that went out to make the handphone sim card.
Not very sure how it works.
But I know it's free incoming and got 500sms.
So many lah. Think we can all msg one another.
But sent out to Singapore should be 30cents sing dollar.
Received calls from Singapore is free too.
But I think I will use msn more instead of this.
msn is free.
This will only be used to contact my friends here.
Safer to have a hp each.
After that took bus to a street.
While some went to the bank to open an account.
Took the public bus there. 40cents singdollar can go anywhere you want.
But the bus was darn squeesy. And air con darn small.
And at every bus stop they would announce this over and over again,
“ Remember to take your belongings.
Be careful when you alight the bus.
Please use the pedestrian crossing..” blah blah.
In both English and Chinese.
Over and over again each stop.
And the ride is like 45mins?
No place to sit at all.
Was swinging and standing all the way.
SBS is still better lah. :]
Then went walking along that streets.
And took many many pictures.

Won't upload much here.
After everything some went back hostel and some continue walking.
I think there is nothing there as I prefer go shopping malls.
So I bought nothing. And my legs darn tired.
So went back with xinni, wanting and huifen.
We took cab back. Some took bus back.
Around 20mins ride.
Each person only $1.40 singdollar.
Darn cheap lah. Equal to adult bus fare in Singapore.
Took cab saved time and saved us from squeezing and standing already.
As I need to hurried back to use net. Heh
Talked with mom in voice conversation darn long.
She asked many many questions and said many many reminders.
Talked to my siblings and dad abit only.
Mostly my mom talking. LOL.
After that talked to wengweng also. Heh.
I would be happy after I got my own net.

all was late except me and weng. LOL.

after Lin, Gary and Douglas reached, we went LJS to eat lunch.

while eating ming and nix joined us.

then all went kbox there.

28th feb 2007

went back school in the afternoon.

actually should reach at 8.30am for the singing practice.

but last night slept at 5am.

and this morning woke up at 10am to go home change first.

i only slept 5hours.

so only go the practice around 1pm.

heh. luckily teacher never say anything.

we had to perform out. and given comments.

watched the other performances too.

drama.. indian dance. heh.

anyways this performance will be held in a few months time.

so i guess should be around the time when we leaving China then perform?

quite alot of time to practise. no worries. :]

met weng after that.

it had been raining and raining all day long.

supposed to watch norbit.

but i no mood watch.

so went ps walk a while and went tiong bahru to eat.

wengweng coughed till so jialat still eat chicken chop.

now coughing like mad liao.

i won't be around tomorrow night.

tomorrow night will be leaving.
